FERALCO ENVIRONNEMENT ACQUIRES 100% OF THE COMPANY FERACID – May 3, 2021

Feralco Environnement is delighted to announce the acquisition of the 50% shareholding in Feracid previously held by its joint venture partner Novacid, whereby making it a 100% wholly owned subsidiary.

 The completion of this transaction allows the Feralco Group to develop its strategic positioning within the iron salts markets particularly in the treatment of urban wastewater across Europe whilst providing opportunities in broader Export markets. It also delivers a base for the development of products for specialised applications
