Acquisition of Spanish company Auxiliar Papelera SA

The Feralco Group today announced the acquisition of 50% of Spanish society Auxiliar Papelera SA, bringing its stake to 100%.

Auxiliar Papelera is a leading player in the market of inorganic coagulants in Spain, active in the water treatment and paper industry markets. Its business is based on three production sites in Alegia (Guipuzcoa, Spain), Valdemoro (Madrid, Spain) and Bordeaux (France).

With this acquisition, Feralco completes its sales and industrial network and now has 12 production sites in 8 countries.
